My day was more interesting than I thought it would be.
So I went out to get Tron Legacy this morning since it came out today. Well the Best Buy I normally go to did not have the one I wanted and the website said the other one nearby had it so I was going to go there. At least the trip wasn’t wasted because I did get Bambi while I was there and got to talk to a cute employee before heading to the other location. Anyways, I got to the other one and they didn’t have any of the 5 Disc combo packs out on the shelves so I figured why not just buy the two separately. By doing so, I actually saved about $10 and got the same thing.
The day got really interesting when I was driving home on Foothill. In that first portion that turns back into residential, I was driving behind a car that was going a bit slow considering the speed limit was 45. I thought about going around but figured it wasn’t worth it as I was in no hurry. Well it is a good thing that I did that because shortly after, a car in the right lane was going the speed limit and was just starting to pass the car I was behind when the car I was behind decided to change lanes. The result was the car originally in the right lane ended swerving to the right into the intersection of a side street and up onto the curb at the corner then straight into a telephone pole. The car that caused it kept going leaving me as the lone witness.
